Thribe Distribution B.V. (hereinafter: “Thribe Distribution”) places great importance on the protection of personal data. In this privacy policy, we explain which personal data we process, for what purposes and on what legal grounds, and what rights you have.
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Scope of Application
Thribe Distribution is a strictly B2B-oriented webshop. Orders can only be placed by companies within the European Union.
A valid VAT number is required and validated upon registration and/or order.
3. What personal data do we process?
We can process the following personal data:

- Name and position of contact person
- Business email address
- Phone number
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- VAT number
- Order and invoice details
- Payment status and history
- Account details (username, password – encrypted)
We do not process special categories of personal data.
4. Purposes and legal grounds of the processing
We process personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Execution of the agreement
- Processing and delivery of orders
- Formatting and processing of invoices
- Payment processing
- Customer communication about orders

- Retention obligation of invoices

5. Payments
For payments, we use:
- Mollie (online payments)
- Twikey (SEPA direct debit)
- Payment on invoice
- Payment information is processed by these service providers as processors. THRIBE Distribution has entered into processor agreements with all relevant service providers in accordance with the GDPR.
6. Sharing of personal data with third parties
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Personal data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for:
- Payment processing
- Hosting and technical services
- Administration and accounting
- Delivery of orders
- All third parties are contractually obligated to handle your data confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR.
Additionally, personal data may be processed by Google LLC in the context of using Google Analytics.
7. Retention periods
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary:
- Account and order details: as long as the business relationship exists
- Invoices and accounting records: 7 years (legal retention obligation)
- Marketing data: until withdrawal of consent
8. Cookies
- Thribe Distribution uses only functional cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the webshop (such as login and shopping cart functionality).
- In addition, we use analytical cookies through Google Analytics to gain insight into the use of the website and to improve it. These cookies collect statistical data about website usage.
- Thribe Distribution does not use marketing or advertising cookies and does not use Google Analytics for advertising purposes.
- No consent is required for the placement of functional cookies. Consent is requested for analytical cookies through the cookie settings of the website.
9. Security of personal data
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Our webshop and administration run on secure systems within Odoo.
10. Your rights
You have the right to:

- To have your data deleted (to the extent permitted by law)
- To limit the processing
- To object to processing
- Your right to withdraw consent (if applicable)
To exercise your rights, you can submit a request via info@thribe.com. We will respond to your request within one month. If necessary, this period can be extended by a maximum of two months, depending on the complexity of the request. In that case, we will inform you about this within the first month.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:
